Stop Whining!

I'm in Ely's VIP list! Woohoo! Which is really great news since I'm totally broke and the tickets are priced like gold.

The Eraserheads Reunion Concert was a blast. Though they just barely managed to finish the first set when the show was called off, it was well worth it. I was in total fangirl mode from the moment they appeared on the stage up until the last song for the first set. There's supposed to be a second and third set(each set has 10 songs except the first which has 15). Unfortunately, Ely had to be rushed to the hospital.

I knew something was wrong with him. I'm not sure when exactly (memory gap in progress) but he began looking tired. And he can't barely move while changing guitars. During the last song in the first set, he looked really weary.

Okay, I know a lot of stuff about what happened backstage and after but I'm not going to talk about it. Ely's fine now and that's what matters.

To those people who keeps on complaining and saying that they wasted their money on the show, think about this: Ely did his best to give you a great show. He finished the whole set even though he's starting to feel sick halfway through it. And that's already 15 songs! Come on, we're lucky they even agreed to go through this show. Personally, I'm already so happy just seeing them back together that one song would be more than enough. So stop complaining already and just pray for Ely's health instead of being all selfish about the whole thing. I hope you all had heart attacks! Kidding! Ha ha ha!

Ice Cream and Lollipop Wars are Fun When You're Three

I'm loving the fact that I can surf the net in my phone for free. The only thing that annoys me is the loading time. It's a little on the slow side. Still, I ain't complaining because it's free! Ha!

I'm having too many dyslexic moments lately. Could I be dyslexic? I hope not. *thinks* Nah, I don't think so. I think my eyesight's messing with me again. I haven't been wearing my glasses for the past two months. I guess I have to now.

While the rain angrily splatters on my windowsill, the road began to swirl down the drain. I'm so bored today. And I realized that I'm not making sense in everything I say in the last 24 hours. Oh, and I had another round of ice cream cravings today but I seriously thought of what I'm getting this time. And I totally won this round!

My Nightmare Spills Like Ice Cream on the Pavement

It's been raining for days. Though it's freaking cold, I had the sudden impulse to eat some ice cream. So I went to Dairy Queen and got a mud pie which was probably the stupidest thing I ever did today. It was horrible! For me. It tastes like chocolate ice cream and coffee. It probably has coffee in it! And because I hate coffee, I didn't like it.

Lesson learned: Ice cream orders should be well thought off. Don't just choose the first thing my eyes fell upon just because I'm too lazy to read the entire menu.

So, I finally had time to make a new layout for my multiply site. I'm pretty happy about it. I still need to make another layout though. For a friend who specifically wanted a Brendon Urie layout. Ha ha ha!

My Yahoo!Mail is so effed up. I'm not receiving most of my mails. Like 3 people told me they sent me something but it never showed up. Not even in the Spam part.

I'm pretty pissed off with Warner Bros. I don't see any point on moving the release date of the 6th Harry Potter movie. Shooting had wrapped up anyway. They can definitely show it in November. I guess a summer movie would generate more money and viewers than a fall screening. I guess this also means that the first part of the 7th movie will be moved too. Really great. *frowns*

I want Hobo!

It's been five days since Panic at the Disco's concert and the aftermath's rubbing off me. The Panic at the Disco hysteria I've been in for the past two weeks is slowly coming into moderation. Though I'm still in full Ryromania mode. It really didn't help that he's cuter in person. And it really really didn't help that he writes amazing songs. And I absolutely adore his dog. Ha ha!

I'm craving for donuts. So on my way home today, I stopped by Dunkin' Donuts and bought a dozen donuts. I ate 3 donuts immediately after I arrived home. 3! No wonder I'm getting fatter.

I'm totally hooked on Megan McCafferty's Sloppy Firsts series. Currently, there are four books in the series. I'm now on the second book entitled "Second Helpings". It's really addicting. Can't wait to finish it and move on to the third book.

Pinoy Idol is a sad excuse for a singing contest! Honestly, you can never entrust the voting on fans alone, especially in this country. After the finals show, I now have more reason to believe that the Filipino fans vote for face value rather than actual talent.

Panic at the Disco's concert last night was the best show ever! They were so great! I'm speechless. Brendon sings so effortlessly. He's so cute when he's performing, with the quirky dance steps and the occasional head wiggles. He even took the stage alone. Armed with an acoustic guitar, he sang "Time to Dance" alone. And it was fantastic! He even sang the keyboard intro. Ha ha!

I'm now sooo in love with Ryro! He's much cuter in person! How can someone so cute become more cuter?! It should be illegal. Ha ha! He's too thin though. I want to take him home and feed him a hundred burgers. Kidding! And I love his red guitar!

I was so enthralled with Ryan and Brendon that I barely noticed Jon and Spencer. I love them both too. It's just that Brendon and Ryan have a way of commanding attention while on stage. Anyway, Spencer plays the drums like Bogs. He looks like he's dancing while playing the drums. It's so entertaining. Jon's really good too. His dance moves are cute. Brendon and Jon should dance together more often.

I'm so happy I got to watch them live. It's was unbelievable. It was like your still listening to their records, only this time it's way better! They changed the arrangements in some of the old songs which worked really well. Everybody loved them. The crowd sang along to every song which made the PATD guys really happy.

They sang 17 songs but it felt like they just sang a couple of songs. Everything happened so fast. It was so good, you'd never want it to end. But it had to, and it did.

God, I miss 'em already!

Wednesday Won't Come Soon Enough

Thanks to Ate Cams, I learned that Panic at the Disco will be having an autograph signing on August 13 at The Podium. I NEED to go! That's one more chance to see the guys (Ryro!) in person. And I'm definitely not going to miss that chance!

I forgot to watch Pinoy Idol. Intentionally. I was watching Myx when I noticed that it's 7:30. The show's already halfway through. Yet I didn't change channels. I didn't know why it took me this long to stop watching that show. I should have stopped when Toffer got kicked.

I went to SM North with JM. The crowd's unbelievable. I hate crowds. "Crowd" and "mall" should not be allowed in the same sentence. Ugh.

Tattoo Ramblings

I really want a tattoo. I've been thinking of getting one since I was 15. I even made myself a deadline: I'm gonna get one before I turn 25! I'm in no hurry to get one but it seems that everyone around me is getting one. Hopefully I don't succumb easily to the pull of the tattoo parlor. I really don't want any random design engraved on my skin forever. I'm still looking for my perfect tattoo design. Ha ha!

Last Sunday, I was able to obtain an ebook of Breaking Dawn. So I've been able to reach half of the story before I got my book on Monday morning. And up to this moment, I'm still not too attached to the series to finish the book in a day or two. The book got mixed reviews, both good and bad. And I'm gonna agree with whoever said that "Meyer should have stopped with Eclipse". I haven't finished the book yet so I might have to eat my words later. Ha ha!

Warren got kicked off Pinoy idol last Sunday. I wasn't surprised because he actually sucked during the performance night. But his departure left me with only one vote-worthy contestant. I'm really hoping that Ram wins.

A few more days to go before Panic at the Disco's concert. I can't wait to see RyRo and Brendon! Ha ha ha! I've been obsessing with this concert for days now. I keep checking their myspace every single day just to make sure the show's really happening. Ha ha ha!

I've been reading Sloppy Firsts since yesterday and I can't seem to put it down. It's so funny. It brings me back to high school. It's the first book in the series and currently there are four books out. So I'm hoping I get to finish the first by tonight so I can move on to the next book. Ha ha!
